Terms and Conditions
Please read before booking
Booking
- For all reservations full payment for the duration of the stay is required to obtain our best available rate.
- Please note that we will hold provisional bookings for 24 hours if made more than 7 days in advance of arrival, but will not consider it a firm booking until such time as the deposit or full payment has been received.
Cancellation
- For reservations cancelled there will be no refund of monies paid.
Non-Arrival
- In the event that there is a no-show and no notification of cancellation has been received, all monies paid will be forfeited.
Check-in/Check-out
Rooms are available from 15.30 (unless prior arrangement has been made). However, we would be happy to check guests in earlier and store luggage until the room has been serviced. Please advise your anticipated arrival time when booking.
Rooms must be vacated by 10.00 am, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Of course, we are happy to accommodate Guide Dogs and Hearing Aid Dogs.
Damages
In the event that damages are discovered (or items are missing) in bedrooms subsequent to departure, we reserve the right to charge for the repairs/replacements required.
